Yaseen started working at Raffingers in May 2010 and works in the Accounts Department.

Gerard started working at Raffingers in June 1999 and is now one of our longest serving employees. Gerard's expertise is solicitors accounts and his qualifications include BSc (Hons) and ACCA. Outside of work Gerard enjoys watching spurs, golf and running.

Sally started working at Raffingers in September 2014, following the merger with Alexander Ash & Co. Sally's qualifications include a B.Sc (Hons) and FCCA.

Mukesh started working at Raffingers in August 2001. Mukesh's main areas of expertise are Charity accounts and audit. He is also FCCA Qualified. 

Visham has been with Raffingers since 2014. Visham's qualifications include: Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA) and Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his young family, travelling, reading and the occasional 5-a-side game of football.

Sunita grew up in Mauritius and pursued her ACCA in the UK. Sunita joined Raffingers accounts and audit team in June 2015 as an ACCA qualified senior. She specialises in solicitors audits, grant audits and FCA registered clients. Sunita also liaises with our French-speaking clients. 

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, travelling, yoga and playing golf.

Gowri started working for Raffingers in May 2016. Gowri is ACCA qualified and has been working with charity and not for profit clients for the past few years. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, gardening and baking.

Sajidah started working at Raffingers in September 2011 and is our Payroll Manager. Prior to working at Raffingers, she worked within the finance department for a recruitment consultancy in Central London.

Nikhil joined Raffingers in October 2015 as a Payroll Administrator after training at a small trading firm, where he developed his skills in bookkeeping and customer service. His qualifications include an M.B.A Degree in Marketing and International Business. Nikhil has recently qualified as a Xero Certified Professional, so he is able to assist with all of your Xero related queries!

Pranav Joined Raffingers in May 2020 as Payroll Administrator after working for 9 years with a U.S. based logistics company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Leanne is a fully qualified legal secretary and manages our client services team.

Jemma has been working for Raffingers since 1st October 2013, having come from retail. Jemma's qualifications include a Foundation Degree in Visual Merchandising, BTEC National Diploma in Fashion and Clothing and a Level 2 in British Sign Language. Outside of work, Jemma enjoys socialising with friends and family.

Alison is our credit controller which suits her perfectly as she loves getting to know all type of people. 

Anand joined Raffingers in 2014 and has never looked back since. He is ACCA qualified and has a wealth of knowledge working with SMEs. Anand believes there are no greater joys than helping others achieve greater goals. This motivates him to improve and enhance his knowledge. When he is not crunching numbers, he is busy destroying things via DIY or ticking tasks off the list - given by his wife!

Claire started at Raffingers as a Cloud Manager in April 2019. She graduated from university with a first degree in Accountancy and Finance and now helps Recruitment business owners implement technology into their businesses in order to help them stay on top of their numbers and streamline their processes.

Danielle is our Cloud Manager, and is currently studying AAT Level 4. Danielle started her career at a larger practice and was there for 5 years where her role involved everything from VAT Returns, Tax Returns, Y/E Accounts to Service Charge Accounts. Danielle now specialises in helping to transform property businesses through the power of Xero, and will help ensure that your property business is up to date with third-party apps designed for property businesses.

Diana started working for Raffingers in October 2018 in the payroll department. She has completed her AAT Qualification at UK college.

Grace has now worked for Raffingers for 13 years, and as she says "time flies when you're having fun!". Raffingers was her first insight into payroll, and she loves both the interaction with clients and the team here!

Joe started at Raffingers in 2015 on a work experience placement. After being offered a permanent role at the firm, he has worked his way up from the office junior to being an experienced member of the audit and accounts team. When not in the office, Joe can be found taking chunks out of his local golf course, or in the kitchen cooking up a storm. Joe received a well deserved promoted to a PA at the start of 2021.

Kaitlyn has been at Raffingers since 2019 which was her first insight to work life and she believes she couldnt have picked a better place to start her career. Kaitlyn is apart of the admin team and enjoys the different variety of jobs that are involved, there are always new things to learn.

After completing her A-Levels at Epping Forest College in Accounting, English Language and ICT, Kathryn knew she wanted to pursue a career in accountancy. Kathryn joined NWN Blue Squared Limited in 2014 and subsequently Raffingers in January 2018 and is currently working towards her ACCA qualification.

Kulraj joined Raffingers as Tax Senior in February 2018. His qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance and he is ATT qualified. He is currently studying towards the CTA qualification.

Michelle started working at Raffingers in January 1998. Michelle is AAT qualified, and volunteers for The Raffingers Foundation, helping to raise money for The Alzheimer's Society and Pancreatic Cancer.

With 10 years experience as HR Advisor, Samantha started in the retail sector then transferred over to the world of finance. As an associate member of CIPD, Samantha's skills include people management, recruitment, organisational development, personnel management, HR policies and procedures.

Savvas started working at Raffingers in July 1995, previously he worked in his family business for nine years; however decided to utilize his Accounts and Tax Qualifications and take a chance at something different!

Seema joined Raffingers on a permanent basis in April 2017, following a three month contract assisting the Tax team. Seema has a degree in Accountancy and Finance and before working at Raffingers she worked at KPMG in the Insolvency/Restructuring department.

Shaina began working at Raffingers in June 2015 and her qualifications include a BA (Hons) and ATT. As our Tax and Probate Specialist, Shaina has been working closely with clients to help them to understand the figures, ensure they aren't paying more tax than they need to and, to handle the probate process. 

Sharron joined Raffingers as a receptionist in April 2017. Sharron has over 20 years of experience in being that smiling face that greets you on reception and once operated a lithographic printing press.

After graduating from university, Sinem studied accounts and finance and worked her way up to Payroll Client Manager. Sinem now works in the payroll team at Raffingers, supporting a wide variety of clients.

Susan started working for Raffingers in July 1988 and is our Payroll Client Manager. Susan is also one of our longest serving employees. Susan's qualifications include BTech in Bookkeeping and Business studies.

Trina started work for Raffingers in June 2016 in the payroll department as our Payroll Client Manager. This is Trina's first accountancy practice that she has worked for. Previously Trina worked for Clintons in the payroll department for sixteen and half years.

Wendy has been in the financial sector for 24 years. She joined Stonehills in 1996, which eventually morphed into NWN Blue Square Ltd and now Raffingers, making her a dedicated and committed Payroll team player within payroll department.

From a young age, Katy always had a great interest in numbers and before joining Raffingers, she was doing a college course for Level 2 AAT. After securing a Cloud Accountant Apprenticeship at Raffingers in 2021, she is now working towards completing her AAT qualification, whilst learning lots of new skills within the office. In her free time, Katy attends dance classes, which includes Ballet!

Jiesele joined Raffingers in Jul 2016 as bookkeeper for the Philippines team. She graduated with a degree in Accountancy.

Jay is one of our senior accountant here and has been at Raffingers since 2018 while studying for his ACCA qualification, he has a particular attention to detail making him a valuable addition to the team.

Reece works in the tax department as a tax assistant. His role involves preparing personal tax returns, offering tax advice and corresponding with HMRC on the client's behalf.

Ludy started working for Raffingers in 2019. She claims she loves sleeping so much, that it became one of her personalities!

Moish was born in North London before travelling across the pond for his studies, eventually graduating from the RCA of New Jersey with a BA equivalency. Upon returning to London in September 2019, he secured his first job here at Raffingers where he went on to qualify with the ACCA  in September 2022.

Dean has been at Raffingers since 2018, back when Arsenal were half decent. He is now part of the Accounts & Audit team while studying for his ACCA qualification. In his spare time he likes to watch Arsenal attempt to play football and watch Christian McCaffrey juking people out their shoes!

Since 1997 Laurence has continuously worked in financial services with careers in New York, Ireland and the UK. Laurence has previously been awarded the Gold Medal for the highest results in the Irish QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) exam. Laurence specialises in developing full financial plans for his clients. He also has specialised qualifications in Equity Release and Later Life advice such as Long Term Care Planning.

Andrew after leaving an early career in law has spent his whole financial services career working within an accountancy practice since 2006. Andrew is a one of around 2000 CFP professionals in the UK and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Andrew’s particular specialisms are individual tax and lifetime financial planning. Andrew is also our occupational pension specialist and can provide final salary pension advice to trustees and individuals. 

Riya graduated from Cass Business School in 2020 where she studied Accounting and Finance. Raffingers is her first full-time role and she will be working as an audit and accounts junior, whilst she completes her ACCA qualification.

In her spare time, she loves a spot of baking but more importantly going out to eat, like the true foodie she is!

Banu is currently working as an Audit and Accounts Junior at Raffingers while studying for her ACCA qualification. She graduated in Mathematics and Finance from City University London. Before Raffingers, Banu worked in industry as an Accounts Assistant. In her free time she loves to travel and do yoga.

George joined Raffingers in June 2021 as a Tax Junior. George graduated from university in 2020 with a 1st in Economics and is soon to be studying towards AAT! Outside of work, he loves playing golf and football. 

Mike has over 25 years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry working with corporate clients in developing, implementing, and communicating their employee benefits provision. He works with companies of all sizes from small owner-managed businesses to large multinationals, across the full range of employee benefit arrangements.

Mike enjoys not only dealing with his clients at an employer level but also presenting to their employees, cutting through the jargon so often used in the industry, and ensuring that any benefits package is fully understood and appreciated.

Jessica started working for Raffingers in March 2021 in the Payroll department. She previously studied Business and Finance whilst in Italy, and completed her AAT qualification in the UK. Jessica says she "loves working at Raffingers because we always aim to give the best services to our clients, in the most efficient way possible."

Philip is one of our Cloud Accounting Managers. He has experience of over four years in accounting and has completed a degree in business management. He joined a business management graduate scheme before discovering his passion for accountancy. He now thrives to continue to help clients’ businesses succeed by having their financials in the best possible position.

Nazrin is our Client Services Administrator. Before her role here at Raffingers, she finished her studies mainly working in customer service roles in the banking environment where she worked at Metro Bank and Halifax. Nazrin is keen to learn more about the accountancy profession as she has always had an interest in what we do. In her spare time, she enjoys going on long walks when the weather is nice and sunny.  

Ano is an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior at Raffingers who is currently working towards completing his ICAEW qualification. Prior to joining Raffingers, Ano worked in a Tax Consultancy Practice and in Industry before being enticed by the prospect of gaining the Audit perspective. In his spare time, Ano loves to travel and eat food whilst maintaining a strict gym routine.

Shahporan is an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior at Raffingers who after his A-Levels booked a one way ticket from Dhaka to England to study at University. He graduated in Applied Accounting from Anglia Ruskin University and then joined BPP university for ACCA while working for a firm in Canary Wharf as a trainee. Shahporan understands the processes behind helping clients achieve their business goals through a positive attitude and he looks forward to becoming ACCA qualified. 

Huseyin graduated from Bournemouth University in 2020 where he studied Finance. He will be working as a Cloud Bookkeeper whilst completing his ACCA qualification. In his spare time, he likes to watch sports and eat tasty food.

For the past 11 years, Linda has been working as an accounting assistant. During those years she has focused on Paye, VAT Returns, Tax Returns & Draft accounts and management accounts and now is using those specialities in her role as cloud clients manager.

Annick has previously worked with a payroll team handing 200 clients ranging from 7 to more than a thousand employees. She enters her role at Raffingers ready to offer a helpful hand and hopes to bring laughter to the team! 

Asta has been working in accounting for around 12 years. She loves helping businesses with Cloud Accounting and there is nothing more rewarding to her than helping clients thrive and make appropriate business decisions with confidence.

Hyra joined Raffingers as a Client Office Administrator in November 2021. She is AAT qualified since 2013 and a full member of AAT since 2018. Before joining Raffingers, she worked as an administrator & accounts assistant in another accountancy practice for nearly 5 years. As the first point of contact for clients, Hyra has great experience in this, for her the best part of this position is being tailored around getting to know the clients. 

In Hyra’s free time her hobbies are, walking, reading and listening to jazz music and three things she can’t live without, are her cat, her poetry books and a cappuccino! 

Previously Bilal worked at a small sole practitioner in Cheshunt, working on VAT returns and bookkeeping. Bilal is currently an AAT-qualified bookkeeper and has the AATQB certification. Bilal is now working towards becoming a MAAT. In his free time, he likes listening to music and working out.

Zafar is an ACCA member and has experience working in both industry and practice. Zafar is passionate about his Accountancy career and is planning to do a CTA course. Zafar is interested in investing and has his own portfolio of Stock & Property investments overseas. He is a big family man and has two boys. Travelling is one of his favourite hobbies and he also loves reading and collecting investment-related bestselling books.
