Directions from the M25:
- Leave at junction 27 (M11) and head towards London
- Follow M11 until you reach a fork
- Take the left fork towards London (East), Blackwall Tunnel
- Come off at the next exit signposted A12
- Take the first exit (sharp left) at the roundabout into Redbridge Lane East (Redbridge tube station should be on your right hand side)
- Turn left immediately at the mini-roundabout into Roding Lane South
- Follow Roding Lane South all the way to the end (approximately 1 mile during which you will pass through a width restriction) and in front of you should be a dual carriageway which is Southend Road
- Turn onto Southend Road and Bourne Court is immediately on your left
