New Kid On The Block - Meet Our New Client Services Administrator
There's a new kid on the block here at Raffingers. Meet Nazrin, our new Client Services Administrator! To celebrate this new arrival into the Raffingers team, we thought we'd give our readers an insight into our new team member so that you can learn more about her and discover her plans for the future of Raffingers.
1. What was your job role before joining us?
I was a bank representative for Halifax.
2. Talk us through your prior experience?
After my studies, I was involved mainly in customer services in the banking environment, first at Metro bank and then at Halifax.
3. What interested you about this role?
I've always wanted to learn more about accountancy and what accountants do, and this role will help me to gain this knowledge and perhaps progress in this field.
4. What are you looking forward to doing most in the coming year/s?
I’m looking forward to learning more about accountancy as it’s a completely different field for me and maybe who knows, become an accountant!
5. Do you have any hobbies outside of work? If so, what are they?
I really love going for walks (on sunny days!) and trying out new food places. But I also love having lazy days at home along with cooking and some Netflix.
6. What was your route like into admin?
It was a good transition! It’s not as hard as thought it would be.
7. A fun fact about yourself?
I eat a lot but do not gain weight :D
9. Who inspires you?
My mum, I have never seen anyone as strong as her.
10. What’s the best book you’ve read recently?
Ehm, sadly my life has been quite busy lately, I do not remember my last book.
11. What’s something you’re proud of?
I’m proud of my work ethic, in any of the jobs I’ve done I never had anyone complaining or not being okay with things I was doing or the way I was doing it.
12. What’s your idea of a perfect workday?
Working towards a set goal/deadline (for the day) with good surroundings and help when needed.
13. If you could have dinner with 3 celebs dead or alive, who would they be?
Zayn Malik, Justin Bieber, and Cardi B.
14. If you were an animal, what one would you be and why?
I would be a Koala because koalas are so cute.
15. What do you hope to bring to the company?
Joy, hard work, and a bit of fun.
16. How do you see the world of admin changing?
I am not quite sure, I will have to see in the next couple of weeks...
