Raffingers Promote Ashlee Bloom to Partner
We are thrilled to formally announce the appointment of Marketing Manager Ashlee Bloom to Partner, bringing the total number of partners here at Raffingers to 12.
Ashlee joined us in 2019 to head up the marketing division and brings a wealth of commercial and creative insight to tackle business and marketing challenges. Since joining Raffingers, Ashlee has demonstrated her ability to generate leads, win new clients and has increased our brand awareness and competitive edge through innovative marketing initiatives. As a result, we have experienced incredible growth and in 2021, 15% of new client fees came from Marketing, with the average fee from marketing being £3,500.00.
Ashlee has spent the last 10 years honing her marketing skills. After receiving her degree in Marketing Communication and Promotion from Nottingham Trent University, Ashlee has gained experience heading up marketing for both fast scaling start-ups and high growth SMEs, through to big-name global brands across a wide range of sectors. Notable achievements include launching the world’s first TV advertising campaign done by any darts manufacturer, which attributed to a 40% increase in sales for the client and launching an above the line campaign for the UK’s fastest-growing smoothie company, increasing their sales from £0.6m to £6.5m within the year.

Ashlee will soon be leaving Raffingers for 6 months whilst she goes on parental leave, and we look forward to seeing her return and flourish in her new role as Partner.
