Raffingers Promote Neill Staff to Partner

Top 100 UK Accountants, Raffingers promote Senior Tax Manager, Neill Staff, to Partner, bringing the total number of partners at the Essex and London based firm to nine.

Neill’s promotion coincides with the firm becoming an LLP

Neill joined Raffingers in July 2015 and leads the tax team, which continues to expand through promotions and new appointments.

With 20+ years’ experience working as a former senior investigator with HMRC, and someone who has dealt with all levels of HMRC enquiries since leaving the department some ten years ago, Neill specialises in tax investigations and Research and Development (R&D) claims, which has involved identifying qualifying R&D expenditure of just under £10million and resulted in tax credit repayments and corporation tax savings of over £1.5million.

Managing partner at Raffingers, Gary Inglis, stated, “Neill has been instrumental in helping to progress our tax team. He is a valuable member of the team and through being a regular speaker at our events has an established reputation in the tax field.
