Raffingers Stuart Win Most Innovative Large Firm of the Year Award 2015

Top UK 100 Accountancy firm, Raffingers Stuart, has been named winner of the 2020 Innovations ‘Most Innovative Large Firm of the Year Award 2015’.

Hosted by 2020 Innovation, a “leading organisation providing innovative solutions for progressive accountants and tax professionals worldwide”, the awards celebrate firms from the accountancy profession who distinguish themselves through creative and innovative practices. The ‘Most Innovative Large Firm’ award recognises firms who have added substantial value to their business and their clients, as well as recognising those who use innovative and creative measures to give themselves a competitive advantage.

Raffingers Stuart is a top 100 firm of accountants and business advisers dedicated to providing a truly exceptional service to its clients. Over the past few years significant changes have been made in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm. As a result, the award winning firm has experienced exponential growth in the last 12 months: 235 new clients, 92% client retention rate and a significant increase in the number of clients using cloud-based online bookkeeping software, Xero. The key changes that have driven this growth is the introduction of a dedicated marketing team that are sector focussed, launch of a Small Business Department to champion Xero and a complete review in the client process, which now involves pre-year end meetings between clients and partners to ensure all clients are in the best position possible for their year-end.
